Nothing hits deeper than a band of running horses. This oil painting was a break away from my more concentrated realism. When I paint with oils it’s hard for me to keep a loose feel, so this painting was very rewarding for me in the end. There’s a lot of movement and character in these horses. The shape and size of this painting is perfect for above a bed, or along a hallway.
